Learn more about Jemma

Exercise Physiology services at Limitless are delivered by Jemma Griffin, Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).

Jemma brings over 10 years’ experience across personal training, group exercise, and Exercise Physiology. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney and has worked with a wide range of clients with diverse health needs, chronic conditions, and individual considerations requiring tailored, evidence-based exercise prescription.

Jemma is a trusted part of the local community and practises exclusively within the Limitless Physio & Pilates team.

What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is a clinical health service that uses individualised exercise prescription to prevent, manage, and treat injury, illness, and chronic disease.

Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university-trained allied health professionals who work with people across a wide range of presentations, including musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, metabolic and cardiovascular conditions, and long-term deconditioning.

At Limitless, Exercise Physiology is not generic fitness — it is structured, supervised, and evidence-based care.

A Multidisciplinary Approach to Better Outcomes

At Limitless, Exercise Physiology does not operate in isolation.

Jemma works closely with our Physiotherapy and Pilates teams to ensure:

  • Rehabilitation and exercise programs are aligned

  • Manual therapy, movement retraining, and strength work complement each other

  • Progression is safe, appropriate, and goal-driven

This multidisciplinary approach supports better outcomes, clearer communication, and a more seamless experience for clients moving through different stages of care.

Elite Endurance Athlete Insight

Jemma is also an elite long-distance runner and marathon athlete, with extensive experience in endurance training and high-performance environments.

This background provides valuable insight into:

  • Training load management

  • Injury prevention and recovery

  • The physical and mental demands of endurance sport

It also allows Jemma to strongly support runners and active individuals, while maintaining a grounded, clinical approach for clients managing pain, injury, or long periods away from exercise.

Who can Exercise Physiology help?

Exercise Physiology may be suitable if you are:

  • Recovering from injury or surgery

  • Managing chronic pain or persistent conditions

  • Living with metabolic, cardiovascular, or other chronic health conditions

  • Returning to exercise after time away

  • An endurance athlete or runner needing structured support

  • Looking for supervised, evidence-based group exercise

Programs are tailored to the individual and may be delivered one-on-one or in small groups, depending on suitability and goals.

Getting Started

All new clients begin with an individual assessment to ensure exercise prescription is safe, appropriate, and aligned with their goals.

From there, options may include:

  • Ongoing individual Exercise Physiology sessions
